The suite provided a comfy sitting area with a plush sofa and an easy chair. Shower in the bathroom felt luxurious. Unpacking was a breeze with organized furniture. The small refrigerator in the sitting area came in handy. Surrounding courtyard added a touch of nature with its well-kept bushes and flowers. Mornings offered a grab-and-go breakfast, but the options disappointed. Wrapped muffins felt too basic for the price we paid. Fruit juices were served at room temperature instead of chilled. Having cookies for guests would’ve been nice, similar to the dog treats provided. Despite this, the overall comfort and decor stood out. Dog-friendly atmosphere welcomed pets with open arms, though my wife and I didn't appreciate all the dog presence. Simplistic breakfast experience needs better variety for human guests.

We had a fantastic stay in the King Suite, which was super spacious and perfect for relaxing. Enjoyed unwinding by the lovely pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was the limited pillow selection, but bringing extras helped! 🛌

Great spot for pups and people!
Just spent a few nights here and it was awesome! They treated our dog like royalty with treats and a comfy bed. The room was super clean and cozy, perfect to chill after exploring. The location is key too, lots of cool places nearby. Just wish there was a bit more breakfast options.

Navigating the hotel's basement rooms is a hassle without offering assistance!!! Parking fees weren't disclosed, which felt deceptive for travelers!!!

The king suite offered an impressive layout with spaciousness that enhanced our comfort. The elevator from the parking garage straight to our floor made lugging the bags a breeze, unlike some other places where you end up wrestling with your luggage up the stairs.
The breakfast setup left something to be desired, missing out on local bakery options for muffins and instead relying on generic pre-packaged offerings. Also, the blinds let in too much light at night, making it tough for my boys to catch any decent sleep on the sleeper sofa. a little extra noise from outside didn’t help either. Additionally, the pillows weren't the most comfortable—having just four meant fewer options for deciding how we wanted to prop ourselves up for the night.

More comfortable seating options in the courtyard.

During a recent five-night stay in a King suite with fireplace, the absence of housekeeping was surprising. The room and bathroom went uncleaned, bed linens weren't changed, and toiletries weren't replenished. Despite the luxurious setting, we found ourselves emptying trash and managing used towels ourselves. The staff's response was unhelpful, citing hidden policies rather than ensuring a comfortable stay. However, we did enjoy the oysters at a local spot nearby, which was a highlight amidst the frustrations. The check-in experience / service was lacking.
